Chino says Japan was great

Big Ship artiste Chino says his Japan sojourn couldn’t have gone better.

According to Chino, who recently returned from a tour in that reggae-loving land to promote his newly released album, Never Change, his visits to cities such as Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe and Fukuoka were educational.

"It was a great experience, especially the Yokohama Reggae Bash in Tokyo.

The venue was filled to capacity with thousands of fans and the Big Ship family really pulled out all the stops, and I think the fans enjoyed it.

Overall, the tour went well.

Most of the record shops there have the album, have been playing it and the fans have been supporting the album. So I have to say thanks to everyone for their support."

Chino, whose correct name is Daniel McGregor, released his sophomore Japan album to rave reviews and in less than 20 hours of its release on iTune's Reggae Japan chart, Never Change has already shot to second spot on the chart.
