Junior athlete, Ricardo Powell, who got into trouble during last year's Boys and Girls and Champs after making an obscene gesture to the crowd, is wanted for questioning by the Hunts Bay Police in regards to an incident which led to the death of a woman in Duhaney Park last week.

The Constabulary Communication Network (CCN) reported that on August 7, Powell and the daughter of 40-year-old Nadine Dillworth got into an argument which led to a fight.

During the altercation it was reported that Powell threw a stone which struck Dillworth in the head.

Reports are that the woman was rushed to hospital but later succumbed to her injury.

Powell represented Jamaica as a junior and ran the 200 and 400 metres for Calabar High School
